29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii):     The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.    On or about August 30, 2012, Home Run Inn Frozen Foods, Inc., did not include in the process safety information, on the equipment associated with the ammonia refrigeration system, criteria for the removal of equipment which is outside of acceptable limits, which are defined using recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.  Specifically, the information did not include the removal criteria for the piping systems when such equipment was outside of acceptable limits.      This item was corrected during inspection.

29 CFR 1910.119(j)(3):     The employer did not train each employee involved in maintaining the on-going integrity of process equipment in the procedures applicable to the employee's job tasks to ensure that the employee can perform the job tasks in a safe manner:    Maintenance employees at Home Run Inn Frozen Foods, Inc., perform job tasks, which help to maintain the on-going integrity of process equipment, such as, but not limited to, defrosting coils on air handling units, adjusting the low liquid flow, greasing the bearings on pumps and adding oil to the pumps.  Maintenance employees were not trained in the written procedures applicable to these tasks.    DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM.
