29 CFR 1926.300(a): Hand tool(s), power tool(s) or similar equipment were not maintained in a safe condition: 1 Main St, Whitinsville, MA On 9/10/12, an employee was injured when the Husqvarna 3120K Power Cutter saw being used malfunctioned. The saw had no known last use date and no record of when the manufacturers recommended periodic maintenance was accomplished. Employer did not have a users manual for operators to comply with.
