29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not comply a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet.    a. Main Medical Center Building 2nd Floor Ambulatory Surgery Remodel Project, on or about 10/2/2012, the employer did not maintain a written chemical inventory list that reflected the chemicals currently being used on site.  This condition exposed employees to injury and illness from chronic and acute exposure to chemicals in the work place.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
