29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(iv):     Overcurrent devices for circuits rated 600 volts, nominal, or less, were not readily accessible to each employee or authorized building management personnel:    19 Sitarz Ave, Chicopee, MA    On 10/5/12 and at times prior, employees did not have ready access to four overcurrent protection panels that were blocked by materials in four separate locations of the building: Cellar - 1) Outside of Tool Room, First Floor - 2) Inside Boiler Room and 3) Left of entrance to Smoke Generator Room, Second Floor - 4) between Oven and Smoke House areas.
