29 CFR 1926.152(e)(4): Units dispensing flammable or combustible liquids were not protected against collision damage: a) Jobsite, Patton Wind Farm, 861 Main Street, Patton, PA: On or before 10/17/12, a 2000 gallon diesel fuel tank, 64 inch diameter by 18 feet long, was not protected against collision damage. The tank was located in the employee parking area.
