29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:        On or about November 06, 2012, an employee performing metal ridge cap roofing activities on a commercial building worked without fall protection. The employees was exposed to fall hazards of a 6:12 roof (30) feet to the ground below.     Lon Smith Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 623518, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on November 06, 2012 with a final abatement date of November 06, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 4201 Heritage Trace Fort Worth, TX 76244.
