29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Employees setting roof trusses from the roof deck at the jobsite located at 3636 N Ridge Rd, Building 400, Wichita, KS 67205 were exposed to fall hazards of 23 feet 6 inches in that, fall protection was not utilized by all employees.  Midwest Drywall Co. Inc was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which were contained in OSHA inspection number 314028911, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 1401 N. Severance St., Hutchinson, KS.  Midwest Drywall Co. Inc was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which were contained in OSHA inspection number 314528209, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 13, 2010 with respect to a workplace located at 2700 South Shackelford Rd, Little Rock, AR.  Midwest Drywall Co. Inc was previously cited for violations of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which were contained in OSHA inspection number 316237569, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 16, 2012 with respect to a workplace located at 7200 E. Quincy Place, Broken Arrow, OK.
