OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):       The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while operating underhung hoists, with an unmarked pendant controls:   	   On or about January 9, 2013, in the Rack Division Building, , Southwest section; on two separate Harrington 1 ton underhung hoists, other than a green button for ON, and a red button for OFF, the controllers were not marked to indicate the direction of resultant motion when the buttons were depressed as per ANSI B30.16-2003.       Among other methods, feasible abatement methods include among others, would be to install the markings onto the controllers as to the control buttons function.

29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2):     Employee(s) stood under or passed under the elevated portion of a powered industrial truck(s):      a)	In the Rack Division Building, Bay 5, employees were working below the forklifts forks, when the forklifts lifted up steel racks, weighing 600 to 1000 pounds, high enough for the employees walk beneath to inspect for welds and then complete needed welds.
