The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: On or about January 07, 2013, employees were working on a rig site, rig #25. The trailer that housed the directional coordinator was not grounded. Employees were exposed to potential electric shock or burns and/or electrocution.
