29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv):     A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location:    a) Wash Rack; On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to electrical hazards in that employees were allowed to work in a wet and damp location where a 110 volt receptacle did not have an enclosure that made it weatherproof when the attachment plug was removed.

29 CFR 1910.23(d)(1):     Every flight of stairs having four or more risers shall be equipped with standard stair railings or standard handrails as specified in paragraphs (d)(1)(i) through (v) of this section, the width of the stair to be measured clear of all obstructions except handrails:    a)  Stacker; On or about January 24, 2013 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that employees were allowed to walk up and down a set of fixed stairs with four or more risers that did not have a standard stair railing.
