29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:    a) Shintone USA, Inc. - An employee manufacturing metal tractor parts was exposed to noise levels of 88.1 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA. This is representative of the employees 8 -10 hour day.  Audiometric testing had not been conducted, on or about 3/19/13.    b) Shintone USA, Inc. - An employee manufacturing metal tractor parts was exposed to noise levels of 87.6 dBA, exceeding the action level of 85 dBA.
