29 CFR 1910.107(i)(8): ):  Electrical equipment for electrostatic hand spraying was not so interlocked with the ventilation of the spraying area(s) that the equipment cannot be operated unless the ventilation fan(s) are in operation:  a.) Powder Coating - Company employees conducted powder coating operations in the Company's powder coating booth throughout each workshift.  On or about, and dates prior to, July 19, 2013, electrostatic hand-held spray guns were operable when the ventilation fans were not in operation.
