29 CFR 1910.242(a):   Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition:     (a) Flatcreek work room:  Bosch 1380 slim grinder had no guard, and was available for use.  This exposed employees to a potential struck-by hazard from using the damaged tool.   (b) Flatcreek work room;  Black and Decker router had a damaged cord, and was available for use.  This exposed employees to potential electrical hazard from using the damaged tool.

Roads and Grounds shop:  Compressed air nozzle was used that did not have correct safety tip installed.  This exposed employees to air embolism/laceration hazards if high pressure air came in contact with their skin.
