29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i):   Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  a) Morehead Ave. Conshohocken, Pa, Lot 3:  On or about March 20, 2013, an employee was using stairway that had 4 or more risers but that did not have a handrail, exposing employee to a fall hazard of not less than 6 feet.
