29 CFR 1926.25(a): During the course of construction, alteration, or repairs, debris was not kept cleared from work areas, passageways, and stairs, in and around buildings or other structures: a) First Floor Rear Stairway - A laborer was observed pushing a wheel barrow filled with brick mortar across a 54 inch wide stairway landing and the floor was cluttered with loose brick, loose block, wooden boards and slippery wet brick dust, thus exposing the laborer to slip and fall hazard, on or about 05/08/13. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
