29 CFR 1926.62(l)(1)(i): The employer did not ensure that employee participated in a training program that communicated the hazards of lead in accordance with the provisions of the hazard communication standard:        a) Building 130: The employer failed to ensure that the the hazards of LCP (lead containing paint) was communicated to employees exposed to an ingestion hazard. Employees were utilizing saws and other powered activated tools to make cuts, holes and other activities to install electrical panels, run conduit and other activities that was disturbing the (lead containing material) LCP during renovation of the structure. Samples taken on May 02, 2013 were determined to be positive for lead.
