29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):   Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a.   On or about August 2, 2013, on the 8:12 pitch roof, employees installing roofing paper were exposed to a 21 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.  b.   On or about August 2, 2013, on the porch roof, employees who accessed the roof where exposed to an 8 feet fall hazard in that they were not protected by a fall protection system.
