29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) On or about September 23,2019, The exposing employer, Right Angle Framing, Inc., did not ensure employees were protected from falls from heights of more than 6 feet while working on the duplex homes located at 17177 & 17187 11th Ave, Golden, CO. This exposed seven (7) employees to fall hazards while conducting sheathing and roof decking work.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee using appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation were protected. (a) On or about September 23, 2019, the exposing employer, Right Angle Framing, Inc., did not ensure employees were protected from flying nails while using the pneumatic nail gun while conducting roofing construction. This exposed employees to eye injuries from struck-by hazards at the duplex homes 17177 & 17187 11th Ave, Golden, CO.
