(a) Roof trusses on west side, new residential construction located at 4243 Hardy Avenue,  Smyrna, GA 30080: Employees using pneumatic Hitachi (Model NR83A2) Framing Nail Gun with 2 3/8" plastic collated strip nails at 110 PSI engaged in residential sheathing activities was not protected from eye injuries when safety glasses or goggles were not worn.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:  (a) Rear side, new residential construction located at 4243 Hardy Avenue, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee was exposed to amputation hazards while cutting 1/2-inch OSB plywood with a Makita (Model - 5007F) 7 1/4-inch Circular Saw with the guard propped open with a wood shim.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   (a) Roof, new residential construction located at 4243 Hardy Avenue, Smyrna, GA 30080: Employee installing 1/2-inch OSB plywood sheathing on a 6/12 pitched roof at eave heights of approximately 10-feet, 3-inches was not provided with a fall protection system.
