29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a. The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing operations on Building five (5) utilized fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately sixteen feet eave to ground.  b. The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing operations on Building six (6) utilized fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately sixteen feet eave to ground.  c. The employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing operations on Building thirty-eight (38) utilized fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately sixteen feet eave to ground.
