29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken:       a,b)East side of Raw Receiving Area, on or about 12-11-13:  Employees were working in an area immediately adjacent to two 500 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tanks that were not protected against accidental contact.       c)Northeast corner of Raw Receiving Area, on or about 12-11-13:  Employees were working in an area immediately adjacent to a 500 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental contact.       d)Northwest corner of Raw Receiving Area, on or about 12-11-13:  Employees were working in an area immediately adjacent to a 500 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental contact.       e)West side of building, on or about 12-11-13:  Employees were working in an area immediately adjacent to a 500 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental contact.       f)Southwest corner of building, on or about 12-11-13:  Employees were working in an area immediately adjacent to a 500 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental contact.
