29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) RESERVE AT SPRING POINT, BUILDING B, SECOND FLOOR - Employees worked on the second floor of the structure where no fall protection was being used to protect the exposed sections of the outer perimeter, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately eleven (11) feet to the ground below, on or about December 30, 2013. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
