On or about January 6, 2014, employees working beneath employees installing framing were not wearing hard hats, exposing themselves to the hazard of being struck by falling debris.    Best Framing USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915923, citation number 1, item number 1and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5963 Cromwell Dr., Pace, Florida, 32571.

Best Framing USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 915923, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on November 27, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 5963 Cromwell Dr., Pace, Florida, 32571.
