29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    On or about March 10, 2014, at the above addressed work site, employees were exposed to a fall while working on a residential property and were not provided with training to recognize and minimize the hazards associated with falls.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
