29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the   employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a)  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20.5 feet while performing roofing work to an existing single family house.     The NWR Construction & Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) contained in OSHA inspection number 962210, citation number 1, item number  2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 27, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 812 Western Ave., Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.
