29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Exit doors were locked and to unlock the door the workers would need special knowledge of how and where to unlock the exit door: On or about March 13, 2014, the exit door located on the south side of the facility, in the back room stock room, was observed to be locked during a normal workshift and the unlocking mechanism was not functioning properly as it was difficult to unlock. The door itself was observed to be stuck in the closed position.
