29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1):  Exit doors were locked and to unlock the door the workers would need special knowledge of how and where to unlock the exit door:  On or about March 13, 2014, the exit door located on the south side of the facility, in the back room stock room, was observed to be locked during a normal workshift and the unlocking mechanism was not functioning properly as it was difficult to unlock.  The door itself was observed to be stuck in the closed position.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):  Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about March 13, 2014, the 4 electrical panels in the stock room, two on the west wall by the emergency exit and two on the north wall of the west storage area, were blocked by boxes of merchandise and other materials and debris.
