29 CFR 1910.107(g)(2): All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary: (a) On or about March 24, 2014, and at times prior to that date, the employer did not implement an adequate cleaning schedule for the paint booth, resulting in an accumulation of flammable material, exposing employees to a fire hazard.
