29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(iv):   The details of the hazard communication program developed by the employer, did not include an explanation of the labels received on shipped containers and the workplace labeling system used by their employer; the safety data sheet, including the order of information and how employee could obtain and use the appropriate hazard information:  (a) On or about April 24, 2014, Precise Finishing Company Inc. did not train employees regarding the label elements including pictograms and the new 16 section safety data sheet format by December 1, 2013.  Employees were exposed to hazardous chemicals that include, but are not limited to: tin, silver, and nickel.    No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
