29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or a safety monitoring system: a) Jobsite, 401 Washington Road, Carnegie, PA: On or about August 19, 2014, two employees were working on a flat roof, less than 50 feet wide, and were not protected from falling. The fall hazard to the employees was approximately 20 feet to the ground.
