29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems: (a) Bethany Lutheran Church, 5303 Madison Avenue, Bethel Park, PA: On or about November 18, 2019, employees on a steep roof were not protected from falling to lower levels of approximately 20-25 feet.
