The employer conducted air monitoring but failed to record the appropriate information regarding the respiratory protection devices worn. Venus Painting Co. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.62(n)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 534478, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2012, with respect to a workplace location at Aroma Park.
