One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks.     (a) The employer did not ensure that the floor pressure sensing mats were properly protecting operators and material handlers from being exposed to the moving parts of the Amada N.C Turret Punch Press (model number Pega 305072, serial number AA570583) and the Amada N.C Turret Punch Press (model number Queen 358, serial number VIPROS358Q).     (b) The employer did not ensure guarding for the drill changing unit was replaced where portion were missing and not properly protecting operators and material handlers from being exposed to the moving parts of the Amada N.C Turret Punch Press (model number Pega 305072, serial number AA570583) and the Amada N.C Turret Punch Press (model number Queen 358, serial number VIPROS358Q).
