29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a)    The Mews at Liberty Village, Building 37, Worksite - On or about December 15, 2014, a sub-contractor employee working from an installed platform, more than 17 feet above a lower level, was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.      b)    The Mews at Liberty Village, Building 37, Worksite - On or about December 15, 2014, a sub-contractor employee performing framing operations on the second floor exterior top plate, more than 17 feet above a lower level, was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.      c)      The Mews at Liberty Village, Building 37, Worksite - On or about December 15, 2014, a sub-contractor employee performing framing operations on the second floor was exposed to unguarded window openings, more than nine feet above a lower level, was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.      d)      The Mews at Liberty Village, Building 37, Worksite - On or about December 15, 2014, a sub-contractor employee performing framing operations on the second floor was exposed to unguarded floor openings, more than nine feet above a lower level, was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    Excel Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 316194927, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on January 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at Building #5, 1982 Route 70 East Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.      Excel Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 958189, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 22, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Building 34, The Mews at Liberty Village, Coopersburg, PA 18034.
