29 CFR 1926.1404(q)(2): 29 CFR 1926.1404(q)(2): The outriggers were not set to remove the equipment weight from the wheels, except for locomotive cranes (see paragraph (q)(6) of this section for use of outriggers on locomotive cranes).    a) Commercial property at 134 Route 73 North in Voorhees, NJ, 08043- Southern building western side: Employees operating the crane did not set outriggers to remove equipment weight from the wheels on or about 1/14/16.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
