29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: Location: Receiving Area, 1094 North Colony Road, Wallingford, CT 06492 A loaded stock cart was placed in the emergency exit route obstructing free access and travel to the emergency exit. REPEAT STATEMENT: Lowe's Home Centers, Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960144, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/21/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32 William C Gould Junior War, Kingston, MA 02364.
