29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route was not kept free and unobstructed: Location: Receiving Area, 115 Foxon Boulevard, New Haven, CT 06513 The emergency route near the maintenance shop area had a single wooden pallet laying on the floor obstructing and not allowing free travel to the emergency exit. REPEAT STATEMENT: Lowe's Home Improvement was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 960144, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/21/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 32 William C Gould Junior War, Kingston, MA 02364.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(7): Each exit sign did not have the word "Exit" in plainly eligible letters not less that six inches (15.2 cm) high, with the principal strokes of the letters in the word "Exit" not less than three fourths of an inch (1.9 cm) wide: Location: Indoor Garden Area, 115 Foxon Boulevard, New Haven, CT 06513 Exit to external exit route from indoor garden area to outside garden area was marked with emergency exit sign with letters 1.5" in height.
