OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees.  F/V Aleutian Sable, Coastal Dock; on or about 6 February 2015, and times prior thereto; four (4) instances were noted where electrical hazards existed:           (a) Bow Storage area:  a 208 volt electrical panel was missing a cover and dead front.      (b) Bow storage area; a 100 foot yellow/blue extension cord cut insulation and wiring taped together with black electrical tape.          (c) Wheel house stairs:  a 120 volt light bulb was unguarded from damage and had exposed wiring.       (d) Lower state rooms:  a 50 foot orange extension cord was routed down the hallway and into a stateroom, through doorways.   These conditions exposed employees to electrical shock and electrical burn hazards and electrocution.
