F/V Arica, Kloosterboer Dock, Engine Room:  On or about 10 February 2015 and times prior thereto, two (2) instances were noted where electrical hazards existed:           (a) Engine Room:  a 460 volt electrical panel had exposed wiring.      (b) Engine Room: a 120 volt electrical solenoid had exposed wires.           These conditions exposed employees to electrical shock and electrical burn hazards.
