This exposed employees to laceration/amputation hazards to their hands.

29 CFR 1910.242(b): Compressed air used for cleaning purposes was not reduced to less than 30 p.s.I.  Engine room:  On or about February 10, 2015 and times prior thereto, an air nozzle used for cleaning was operating at 90 p.s.i.  This exposed employees to laceration/air embolism hazard from using an air nozzle that would not reduce if dead-ended with skin.

29 CFR 1918.66(e)(2): Crane hooks were not latched or otherwise secured to prevent accidental load disengagement.  Pedestal Crane:  On or about February 10, 2015 and times prior thereto, the crane hook for offloading fish was not secured to prevent disengagement.  This exposed employees to struck-by hazard from unexpected load coming off the hook during offloads.
