(a) On or about 2/24/2015, Fullen Dock & Warehouse employees were working at 382 Klinke Ave in Memphis, TN, and were exposed to hazardous materials (included but not limited to compressed gases, oils, paints, cleaners,(eye, skin, and respiratory irritants) for which the employer did not maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program. Without proper information on hazardous materials employees could mis-handle hazardous materials and expose themselves to bodily injury, and/or disease, allergic reactions, and various irritations both internal and external. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
