29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color:  The following exit route signs were not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles by a reliable light source nor were they distinctive in color:  1.  Inside the warehouse, an exit sign above a door leading outside was not illuminated.  2.  Inside the maintenance department (separate building adjacent to warehouse) an exit sign above a door leading outside was not illuminated.
