29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards:    a) Ceiling Set/Shell and Roofing/Sheathing Department:  Railings on the catwalk platform adjacent to the home unit were not installed, exposing employees to fall hazards from about eight (8) feet to the concrete ground level, as observed on or about March 11, 2015.     Signature Building Systems of Pennsylvania, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 955720, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 9, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1004 Springbrook Avenue, Moosic, PA 18507.    Signature Building Systems of Pennsylvania, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314162306, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 1004 Springbrook Avenue, Moosic, PA 18507.
