29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:    Rear of building, Pavilion:  On or about March 26, 2015, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the concrete ground below, from the ladder accessing the roof that did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing, while painting the exterior roof's flashing.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    Rear of building, Pavilion:  On or about March 26,2015, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet to the concrete ground below, when painting the exterior roof's flashing without utilizing a fall protection system.    Robert Robledo Painting and Wall Covering LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 440733, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on July 17, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 21799 Katy Freeway, Katy, TX  77450.
