The cylinder did not have balusters on the south side.   (b) On April 8, 2015 the inspection revealed that District Ranger did not ensure that the outdoor propane storage cylinder located at the SW corner of the compound at the Emigrant Creek Ranger District was protected from being struck by a vehicle. The cylinder did not have any protective balusters.    The Forest Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903923, notice number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on July 1, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at Tiller, Oregon.
