Condition observed on or about 06/11/15. 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a- 207 Pearl Street, Lakewood NJ: Employees, not supplied with fall protection, were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 16 feet to the ground surface below when performing framing, floor joist installation, and other related activities from the top plates of a structure's outer walls.  These company employees had not received fall hazard recognition training from the company nor received instructions on the procedures to follow to minimize fall hazards at the time of the worksite inspection.  Condition observed on or about 06/11/15.
