29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system:    On or about, July 22, 2015 at the above addressed jobsite, employees engaged in commercial roofing operations were exposed to a 18-foot fall without means of fall protection.      American Eagle Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 997071, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 Tower Center Blvd, Weston, FL.
