29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems or personal fall arrest systems:    On or about, November 20, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees working on the deck of a guardhouse without fall protection were exposed to a fall of 15-feet.    American Eagle Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 997071, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 Tower Center Blvd, Weston, FL.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet:    On or about 11/20/2017, at the above addressed work site, employees using an extension ladder that did not extend at least 3-feet above a roof landing were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15-feet.    American Eagle Roofing Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.1053(b)(1), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 997071, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 24, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1600 Tower Center Blvd, Weston, FL.
