29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.       A. Robert Wagner Roofing worksite located at 7223 Maumee Western Road, Maumee, Ohio: On or about July 26, 2015, the employer did not ensure employees removing weatherproofing and applying new weatherproofing were not exposed to fall hazards. Multiple employees were performing roofing activities exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10.00 feet.
