29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not develop an accident prevention program, that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons designated by the employer.   a)302 Lippincott Dr., Marlton, NJ: On or about 05/27/2015 a sub-contractor employee was conducting sheathing activities on the roof of a new construction wood framed commercial structure.  The employee was exposed to hazards related to a lack of fall protection, lack of fall protection training, improper use of a ladder to access the upper level of the structure, use of a damaged ladder, and lack eye protection while using a circular saw to cut plywood.  The controlling employer, Berlin Builders Inc., did not develop an accident prevention program that provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment, to be made by competent persons.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
