Goliad Street, Rockwall, TX; where:    a)  At least three (3) employees, who were working on the roof of building #6, were not protected from falling to the ground below.    b) At least six (6) employees, who were working on the roof of building #9, were not protected from falling to the ground below.      The Roberto Fernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315184275, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/22/2011, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Port St. Claire, Aransas Pass, TX.
